We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form.

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to?keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.

Lifetime Guarantee, Returns and Refunds

If within the first 30 days after recieving any of our standard designs and you do not remain completely satisfied with your purchase, we will provide you with a refund for the price of your piece or rebuild it. We want you to be completely satisfied with our furniture. We are proud of our work and if a piece of our furniture ever needs attention we will take care of it.

Proper Care will ensure a lifetime of satisfied use from your Greg Aanes Furniture. Should your furniture fail at any time during the life of the original owner because of workmanship or a failure of the wood materials we will either repair or replace it. Upholstery components such as fabrics., leather, cane and foam are warranted for a period of two years against material failure. Some customer requested wood species, finishes, fabric selections and modifications are excluded if that modification:

1. cannot be duplicated in the case of discontinued fabrics or hardware

2. if the modification compromised the integrity of our original design

Prior to ordering Greg Aanes Furniture reserves the right to make changes at any time, without notice, in materials, dimensions, specifications, equipment, colors, design or prices. Greg Aanes Furniture also reserves the right to make such changes at any time without any obligation to make comparable revisions and/or modifications on products manufactured at a previous time.

The cost of field repairs performed by non-Greg Aanes Furniture personnel will not be reimbursed unless expressly authorized in writing by Greg Aanes Furniture prior to the repair.

Returns will only be accepted with our prior consent and our RMA number.
